These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, content kits, and digital assets provided by Noise ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any content, products, or services from Noise, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Use of Services

Noise provides trend-curated content kits and AI-generated visuals for commercial or creative use. By accessing or purchasing our products, you agree to use them in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

You may:

• Use the assets for personal, professional, or commercial projects

• Modify or adapt assets for your use (except where restricted)

• Share within your organization or brand team

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or claim ownership of unaltered assets

• Use assets in a way that violates any laws, infringes on the rights of others, or promotes hate, harm, or illegal activity

• Use our brand name, logo, or proprietary materials without permission

• You don’t redistribute it as-iss

• You incorporate it into your own creative work (e.g., campaigns, graphics, presentations, websites)

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All assets, including AI-generated content, curated trend insights, and accompanying visuals, remain the intellectual property of Noise or its licensors. Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the assets under these Terms.

Third-Party Content

We sometimes feature third-party content that we love — clearly attributed and linked. These visuals:

• Aren’t owned by Noise

• Can’t be downloaded or used through us

• Must be licensed or accessed from the original source

It’s your responsibility to follow those original creators' terms.

All Noise-created content, the site design, text, and branding are protected by copyright. Please respect our work and don’t impersonate or repackage it as your own.

3. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access provided upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

4. Newsletter & Communication

By signing up for early access or subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to receive updates, promotional content, and announcements from Noise. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails.

5. Limitation of Liability

Noise is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
